1Booking Confirmation & Contract

A tour booking is formally confirmed once COXANTOURS receives your deposit or written confirmation and issues an official booking voucher containing your driver details, hotel vouchers, and pickup schedule. All tours are 100% private for your group only.

2Pricing, Currency & Deposits

• Guaranteed Pricing: Once booked, tour prices are fixed in USD or INR and will not change regardless of local currency fluctuations.
• Deposit Requirement: A small deposit is required to lock in your private vehicle and luxury hotel reservations.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid online prior to departure or directly to your assigned chauffeur upon arrival in India.

3Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Same-Day Car Tours: Full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pickup time.
• Multi-Day Hotel Tours: Cancellations made 7+ days before departure receive a full refund minus non-refundable hotel deposit fees.
• Free Rescheduling: Change your travel dates for free up to 48 hours before pickup (subject to hotel availability).

4Private Transport & Driver Standards

All vehicles supplied by COXANTOURS are pristine, modern air-conditioned sedans (Toyota Etios/Dzire), luxury SUVs (Toyota Innova Crysta), or executive minibuses. Chauffeurs are professional, English-speaking, commercial-licensed, and GPS-tracked.

5Government Guides & Monument Regulations

We only provide government-licensed local tour guides approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Please note that the Taj Mahal is closed every Friday. On Fridays, custom itineraries visit Agra Fort, Baby Taj, and Mehtab Bagh instead.
